Introduction
Williams Hamilton Juris Consult organized its seventh annual international training seminar between the 22nd – 25th July 2024. The venue was the Best Western Plus Westlands Hotel, a 3 star hotel nested in a central area in Nairobi, Kenya. Each daily session began at 10am to end 3.30pm daily with one tea break and buffet lunch in-between to refresh the delegates.

Meeting brief
Hon Justice Atilade the Managing Consultant kicked off the program by giving a brief speech welcoming the delegates and informing them about Williams-Hamilton Juris Consult(WHJC).
Hon Justice Oluwatoyin Aguda-Taiwo started by Discussing Delays in the Administration of Justice: the Way forward. After Prof. Bolaji Owasanoye S.A.N did a presentation titled Corruption And Secrecy Within The Judiciary in a discussion type engagement.
Prof. Owasanoye started the first session of meeting day 2 with a presentation titled Case Flow and Management Systems. After Hon. Justice Aguda-Taiwo took a power point presentation titled The Management And Efficient Administration Of Court Systems. The judges had lunch and arranged outside the lobby for group photographs with the facilitators. Finally, the chief Judge Borno State, Hon. Justice Kashim Zannah OFR. made a virtual presentation titled: Harnessing The Potentials Of Artificial Intelligence For Effective Justice Delivery.
On meeting day 3, Hon Justice Fred Ochieng the Kenyan Judge of the court of Appeal brought more insight on the topics with two sessions titled
1.Case disposition and Management
2. Case disposition Criminal and the Kenyan Perspective
Immediately after his sessions the group visited the Milimani High Court, Upper Hill Cl, Nairobi.
We were welcomed by by Hon. Mr. Justice Alfred Mabeya who is the Presiding Judge Commercial &Tax Division a representative of the Principal Judge and Registrar Clara Otieno the principal Judges registrar then taken to private Chambers of the Principal Judge Hon. Justice Eric Kennedy Okumu Ogola. The principal Judges stated his appreciation of our visit and commended WHJC the organisers for making the effort to bring the Nigerian Judges to visit the Kenya High court. Conclusion
This event gave each delegate the opportunity to network, meet their colleagues from different states and jurisdictions. The organisers wrapped up the sessions by presenting certificates of participation. Hon Justice John T. Tsoho the Honorary Chief Judge of the Federal High Court Nigeria responded with a vote of thanks. The Judges filled Post-workshop evaluation forms which were collated before the judges left to their various destinations.
